What is my order tracking number?
All orders placed by 12 PM, Monday-Friday will ship the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.
You can also check your tracking number by logging into your Heat Free Hair account.
If you log into your account and you still can not determine your tracking number, your order may be delayed. Please send us an email to customercare@heatfreehair.com for further assistance.
