How do I initiate a return for store credit?

You can complete your return/exchange process in four simple steps:

  1. To initiate a return for store credit, please submit your request through our return portal within 14 days of your delivery date. Photos must be submitted before your return request can be reviewed.
  2. Once your requests has been reviewed , you will receive an email confirmation with the return instructions.
  3. Ship your package to us and upload the tracking number to the returns portal. Your return items must be received within 14 days of the approval date. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges if you received the correct order.
  4. When your return has been delivered to our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your store credit. The store credit will be emailed to the email address used to place the order. The store credit can be used to make a new purchase at your earliest convenience and can be combined with other discounts and promotions. Store credits will be issued for the amount paid minus the original cost of shipping.
