What is the status of my return?

Once your return has been shipped to us, please upload the USPS tracking information to the return portal.

Here's how to track your return package in transit, visit the USPS website and input your return tracking number or log into the returns portal and select "Track Shipment".

It's important to note that the return process can not be expedited. Depending on where you're shipping from, it can take between 2-7 days or even longer for us to receive your return at our warehouse.

We are unable to issue any store credits until the package has been fully received and inspected by our fulfillment team. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive your store credit to your email address on file within 1-3 business days.
