What is the status of my return?
To determine the status of your return, please check your return tracking at USPS.com.
If your package has been marked as delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and have your store credit issued.
If it has been more than 5 business days since your package was delivered, please give us a call at 1-877-686-9044 or send an email to customercare@heatfreehair.com.
It's important to note that the return process can not be expedited. We are unable to issue any store credits until the package has been fully received and inspected by our fulfillment team. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive your store credit to the email address used to place your order.
Heat Free Hair is not responsible for packages being returned to us. It is recommended to ship your return using a trackeble and insured shipping method.
