Worry-Free Package Protection is a delivery guarantee that insures the value of your package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit for up to 30 days from the date the package was shipped. Reported issues are quickly resolved within 1-2 business days so you can worry less about shipping delays and more on looking and feeling your best!
Heat Free Hair is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged errors once the order is shipped. Worry-Free Package Protection is voluntary and can be removed prior to completing your order. If Worry-Free Package Protection is declined at checkout, the customer must contact the selected carrier directly to resolve any shipping concerns.
