My package was returned to sender. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your package. Shipping carriers will hold packages for a short period after the first delivery attempt is made. USPS will hold the package for 15 days and FedEx will hold the package for 5 days.
If a package is returned to sender, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid minus any discounts and shipping costs once the package is delivered. Store credits are are valid for 3 years and can be combined with other discounts and promotions.
Heat Free Hair does not offer refunds and a refund will not be issued for returned, refused, or abandoned packages.
