My package was returned to sender. What do I do?
If a package is returned to sender for any reason, you will be issued a store credit for the amount paid minus any discounts and shipping costs. Store credits iare valid for 5 years and can be combined with other discounts and promotions. The store credit will be sent to the email address used to place your order once the package is physically received.
If your order was placed during a sale or promotional period, the sale or promotional price is not applicable to any new order purchased with the store credit.
Heat Free Hair does not offer refunds and a refund will not be issued for returned, refused, or abandoned packages.
Packages are typically returned because a signature can not be captured or it was held by the carrier for the maximum number of days. To review carrier guidelines, please click here.
