What if I am not available to sign for my package?
All packages require a signature for delivery if your order contains hair extensions. If no one is available to sign for your package, please contact the carrier directly to reschedule the delivery or request a hold for pickup.
We strive to have each package delivered within a timely manner. To ensure you receive your package on time, please review the carrier guidelines if the first delivery attempt is missed.
- USPS: Click here to reschedule your delivery. Rescheduling a delivery does not guarantee a delivery date, so it is highly recommended to visit your local post office for pick up. USPS will hold packages for 15 days before it is returned to the sender.
- FedEx: For express shipments, FedEx will make 3 consecutive delivery attempts before the package is returned to sender. Click here to request a hold at a local FedEx center for pickup. FedEx will hold packages at a location for 5 days before returning it to the sender.
- UPS: Click here to reschedule your delivery. UPS will hold packages at a location for 5 days before returning it to the sender.
If a package is returned to sender for any reason, your account will be issued a store credit for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.
