What if I am not available to sign for my package?
All packages require a signature for delivery if your order contains hair extensions. If no one is available to sign for your package, please contact the carrier directly to reschedule the delivery or request a hold for pickup.
We strive to have each package delivered within a timely manner. To ensure you receive your package on time, please review the carrier guidelines if the first delivery attempt is missed.
- USPS: Click here to reschedule your delivery. Rescheduling a delivery does not guarantee a new delivery date, so it is highly recommended to visit your local post office for pick up. USPS will hold packages for 15 days before it is returned to the sender.
- FedEx: For express shipments, FedEx will make 3 consecutive delivery attempts before the package is returned to sender. FedEx will hold packages at a location for 5 days before returning it to the sender.Click here to request a hold at a local FedEx center for pickup.
If a package is returned to sender for any reason, a store credit for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.
