How do I join the HFH Rewards program?

Join our Heat Free Hair Rewards Program and earn rewards as you shop your favorite natural looks! Follow the steps below to start earning points, birthday rewards, and member-only sale access!
- To sign up for our loyalty program, visit our Rewards page and use the email address used to make purchases with Heat Free Hair.
- Once you sign up, click the Rewards Icon on the bottom left of your web browser. Here you will see points earned, details on how to earn points, and enter your birthday to earn your birthday reward!
- Now that you are signed up, use the same email address at checkout for each purchase to earn points! We can not merge accounts or transfer points between accounts, so double check your email address before checkout. If an error is made at checkout, send us an email to customercare@heatfreehair.com within 30 days of your purchase for assistance. Thank you for being apart of our HFH community!
