Why did I receive an email asking to verify my identity?

We value providing our customers' a secure shopping experience, so if our system identifies a possible risk of fraud associated with your order you may be asked to verify your identity. This request is sent if the billing and shipping on your order is different and is valued over $500 and/or the billing details entered at checkout do not match the credit cards registered details.

If your order requires additional verification, it will be placed on hold for up to five (5) business days until verified. After that timeframe, if there is no response, your order will be canceled and refunded. No customer's information is ever saved and remains the customer's private property at all times before, during, and after the product purchase.

If you do not wish to provide verification via the system but would like to place an order, we are happy to cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct billing details, via PayPal, or Klarna.
