Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it?

We know you need your hair fast; once you submit your order, it is processed immediately as it is received. Due to our commitment of fast shipping times, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or edits once an order has been placed.
While we are unable to accommodate any edits to your order, we are happy to offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. You can click here to submit your request!
If you entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact the shipping carrier directly to have your package rerouted or held for pickup. You will be able to contact the shipping carrier once you receive your tracking information. We cannot be held liable for providing return labels, or refunds for shipping costs.
