Where is my order, my tracking information is not updated?

Once your package ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link that will allow you to track your order. This information is typically populated within a few hours after shipment, as soon as the carrier performs the initial scan.

In rare cases, there may be a delay with the carrier updating the tracking information, especially during busy periods such as the holiday seasons, so please allow one 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear.
