What is the cost to return an order?

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return if the correct items were received. Our product(s) can only be returned via USPS, and customers can select their preferred shipping service method.
Since Heat Free Hair is not responsible for packages returned to us, we highly recommend that you insure your package in case there are shipping delays or errors.
Once your package has been received, inspected and approved, you are issued a store credit less the associated shipping cost.
