When will my order be processed?
We want to make sure you get your curls on time, so orders are processed as they are received (yes, even on the weekends)! Because we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, once your order has been placed, we are not able to accommodate cancellations, edits, or other updates to your order.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to your order. However, you can request can request a return here within 14 days of delivery if you need to change your order.
If additional information is needed to verify the billing, processing can be delayed until the information has been verified.
