We know beauty can not wait! All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM EST, will ship the same business day, excluding holidays and sale periods. All packages require a signature for delivery.
If your order is placed on a holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day.
If your order is placed during a sale period, your order will ship in 2-3 business days from the date the order was placed. This is also applicable to express shipping options.
If additional information is needed to verify the billing or shipping details of your order, your shipping can be delayed until the information has been verified.
We process orders quickly, but we recommend allowing 2-3 weeks before hair appointments, special occasions, and travel plans before placing an order in the event your order is delayed for any reason.
