My shipping address is wrong, can you help me?
Orders are processed quickly, so are unable to edit shipping addresses once the order has been placed. If the error occurs during business hours, we will attempt to update your order before it is processed. Please send an email to customercare@heatfreehair.com with your order number and updated address immediately for assistance. We are available M-F, from 10 AM - 6 PM EST.
If we can not update your address, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for assistance. If the package is returned to us due to the incorrect address, we will issue you are store credit minus the shipping cost.
The customer is responsible for verifying all shipping details before completing the order. Heat Free Hair is not responsible for any shipping costs or errors due to incorrect shipping information. New shipping charges will apply if the order was processed correctly with the information entered at checkout.
