I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do? 

Orders are processed quickly, so are unable to edit shipping addresses once the order has been placed. We will make every effort to update your shipping address. Please send an email to customercare@heatfreehair.com with your order number and updates address immediately for assistance. If the error occurs during business hours, we will work diligently to help resolve your issue before your order is processed.

If we can not update your address, you can contact the carrier directly once you receive a tracking number and request to have the package held for pickup. Or if the package is returned to us due to the incorrect address, we will issue you are store credit minus the shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping information is entered before processing their payment. Heat Free Hair is not responsible for any shipping costs or errors due to incorrect shipping information. Any shipping charges incurred from an incorrect address will be paid by the customer.
