I have a shipping issue, how do I file a claim?

Worry-Free Package Protection is offered at checkout to protect your order against lost, stolen, or damage package claims.

  • If you package is delayed in transit, stolen, or delivered damaged, click here to file a claim within 30 days of your ship date. Claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days and a full replacement is shipped at no additional cost to you with documentation!

Heat Free Hair is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged claims if Worry-Free Package Protection was declined at checkout. If Worry-Free Package Protection was not purchased, you will need to work with the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • USPS- Priority Mail packages are insured up to $100. Claims can take up to 60 days. Click here to file a claim.
  • FedEx - each package is insured up to $100. Claims can take up to 15 days. Click here to file a claim.
  • UPS - each package is insured up to $100. Claims can take up to 270 days. Click here to file a claim.
