I have a shipping issue, how do I file a claim?
Worry-Free Package Protection is offered at checkout to protect your order against lost, stolen, or damage package claims.
If your package is delayed in transit, stolen, or delivered damaged, click here to file a claim within 30 days of your ship date. Claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days and a full replacement is shipped at no additional cost. Additional documentation is needed for stolen claims.
Heat Free Hair is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged claims if Worry-Free Package Protection was declined at checkout. If Worry-Free Package Protection was not purchased, you will need to work with the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
